Weekly rates
Low season Oct. - March £460
High season April - Sept. £495
We require a £150 deposit to confirm booking.
Balance payable 6 weeks before occupancy.
Rates for the Hay Festival, Christmas and New Year by negotiation.
Short breaks are available between October and March only, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
3 nights £300
4 nights £400
Full payment on booking for short breaks.

Confirmation
You will receive confirmation upon receipt of cheque - booking is provisional until then.
Terms and Conditions
The cottage is no smoking. Sorry we cannot take pets.
Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday.
Arrival time, any time after 3pm.
Departure time before 10.30am.
Deposit: We require a £150 per week deposit.
Cancellation policy: We require six weeks notice of a cancellation for your deposit to be returned. Any shorter notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
We recommend that you take out insurance in case you have to cancel your holiday. If we have to cancel you will get a complete 100% refund.
